What are the reception hours?
Our reception is open 24 hours.
What time can I check-in?
From 3p.m. you can check-in. If you arrive earlier, we can store your suitcases at the reception.
What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11 a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later under a surcharge depending on the departure time.
What are the restaurant hours?
Desayuno: 7:30h - 10:30h
Cena: 19:30h - 22:00h
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not host any type of pet in our hotel.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free in the common areas of the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking with a supplement of € 15 / day, depending on availability upon arrival at the hotel.
What are the rates for children?
They will be considered babies from 0 to 1 year old and children from 2 to 11 years old. From 12 onwards you will count as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cribs available for free. Request it when you make the reservation. It works under availability.
Can I store my ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski.
